Fear and Desire are just two sides of the same coin, both are used to manipulate you into doing things that aren't in our nature.

The thing that chases us and the thing that pulls us are minted from the same metal. Fear says move away, desire says move toward, but both keep us spinning around an axis we never chose. We tend to think of them as opposites, as if one could be the cure for the other, when really they are a single coin flipping too fast to read. When the spinning slows, we notice that neither face was ever pointing at who we actually are. What would remain in motion if we stopped feeding both sides?
