Enlightenment and the search for oneness are often sold as a distant summit, when the quiet truth of nonduality is that nothing is missing from where we already stand. We keep mistaking the key in our own open hand for a lock somewhere far ahead. Every cell, every breath, every ordinary moment already carries the whole of it; the universe is not withholding the lesson, only waiting for us to stop looking past it. The spark chamber is already sparking, the door already ajar. What might change if we treated this present moment as the destination rather than the road to it?
